C5 resins are formed from C5 piperylene and its derivatives. The are designed to tackify a variety of adhesive polymers including natural rubber, SIS, SBS, EVA, metallocene polyolefin elastomer, APP, APAO, polyisoprene, polyisobutylene and butyl rubber.
